Ultra Padel Club Points System
1. Overview
The Ultra Padel Club Points System incentivizes player participation and performance within the club's Ranking System. This document details how points are earned, bonuses awarded, and penalties applied. Non-Ultra games are eligible for The League, meaning all games played by all players in any club in the USA can be entered into our App. Points gained at Ultra Clubs, Ultra Franchisee, and Ultra Affiliate Clubs receive a 1.2x multiplier.
2. Points Allocation for Matches
Match Outcomes:
Winner: 10 points for a win.
Bonus: +5 points for defeating a higher-ranked opponent (based on pre-match rankings).
Loser: 2 participation points for playing the match.
Points are assigned individually to each player in both singles and doubles matches to ensure transparency in the scoring process.
Match Type Multipliers:
Top-10 Ranked Opponent: Wins against top-10 players earn 2x points.
Streak Bonus:
3 Consecutive Wins: +15 bonus points.
5 Consecutive Wins: +30 bonus points.
3. Participation Bonuses
Monthly Activity Bonus:
Players who complete 10 or more matches in a calendar month receive an additional 5 points.
Event Participation:
Players participating in Ultra Padel Club events or tournaments (excluding the Ultra Circuit) receive an additional 2 points per event.
4. Excluded Matches
Organized Matches:
Matches booked with a coach or as part of a clinic are excluded from earning points.
Friendly Matches:
Points are not awarded for matches that are not recorded through the club's app.
5. Mixed-Gender Matches
Overall Rankings:
Points earned in mixed-gender matches contribute only to overall rankings.
Gender-Specific Rankings:
Points from mixed-gender matches are excluded from gender-specific sub-rankings.
6. Maximum Match Limits
Opponent Diversity:
Points from matches against the same opponent are capped at 3 matches per month.
Partnership Limits:
In doubles, points earned with the same partner are capped at 3 matches per month.
7. Reporting and Verification
Score Submission:
Players must submit match scores within 2 hours of completion using the Ultra Padel App.
Result Confirmation:
When one player submits a match score, players from the other team will receive an in-app notification requesting them to verify the score entered. If the result is not verified within 24 hours, it will be automatically verified by the system.
8. Points Review and Adjustment
Disputes:
Players can request a review of their points within 7 days of a match.
Adjustments:
Ultra Padel Club reserves the right to adjust points in cases of errors, disputes, or rule violations.
9. Transparency and Leaderboards
Leaderboard Updates:
Rankings are updated at least once every hour and displayed on the club app and website.
Public Announcements:
Top-ranked players will be featured in Ultra Padel Club's marketing materials.
10. Amendments
Ultra Padel Club reserves the right to update the Points System at any time. Participants will be notified of changes via the app or website.

Ultra Padel Club Ranking System Rules and Regulations
1. Introduction
The Ultra Padel Club Ranking System is designed to encourage active participation and reward players based on performance and engagement. Participation in the ranking system is governed by these Rules and Regulations and the accompanying Participant Agreement.
2. Eligibility
Participants must agree to the terms outlined in the Participant Agreement, which includes consent to these Rules and Regulations.
A monthly participation fee of $[amount] will be charged to all participants. Failure to pay this fee will result in suspension from the ranking system.
3. Ranking Points System
Points are awarded for match outcomes, bonuses, and participation as outlined in the Points Structure document.
Mixed-gender matches contribute only to overall rankings and are excluded from gender-specific sub-rankings.
Points older than 3 months will decay by 25% once at the start of each subsequent month after crossing the 3-month mark.
Players must play at least 3 matches per month to avoid a 25% inactivity penalty on all points.
4. Fair Play Policy
Genuine Matches Only:
Matches must be genuine competitions. Staging fake matches or manipulating results is prohibited.
Violations will result in penalties, including disqualification.
Confirmation of Results:
Both players must confirm match results through the app. Matches with unverified results will not count toward rankings.
Opponent Diversity:
Points from matches against the same opponent are limited to 3 matches per month.
5. Mixed-Gender Match Rules
Points earned in mixed-gender matches count toward the overall ranking but are excluded from gender-specific sub-rankings.
